Tamales de Gallina
Overview
Tamales de gallina are eaten as an entree and are quite tasty. Unlike tamales de elote, they are usually salty (although there is a sweet variation of them) and have in the ingredients potatos, garbanzo beans, chicken, olives, sometimes prunes and other vegetables. They go well with a couple of french rolls.
